Refund Policy

We want you to love your hellatan purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items marked as final sale

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift cards

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different color or style (subject to stock availability). Please contact us before sending your item back.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at service@hellatan.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
